Reference Collection

Although books are great and data bases are great, I still think the best reference services are teacher-librarians or some other human the learner can talk to. Articulating questions also helps the thinking process and, in my opinion, lessens anxiety as the questioner feels supported in her or his quest. Getting the answers with another person's support helps to build excitement around learning.
